Deluxe Doctor costume October 10, 2008
My son loved this costume we got him for Halloween. He wears a 4T in shirts and a 24 mon- 3T in pants. I am so glad I got in the smallest size since that is still plenty big on him. He wears it around the house giving everyone checkups. Excellent quality!

This costume is of much higher quality than most dress up costumes. My daughter has enjoyed the costume very much. The stethoscope is much higher quality than most doctor kits that you buy in the store.

This product helped to alleviate the fear my grandson had
developed of going to see many doctors from the time he
was born through 2 years of age when he became upset even
going into see his pediatrician. Being able to "dress up"
as a doctor and getting familiar with the Fisher Price medical
kit, which I also bought, helped reduce his fears. I put the
medical bag in his toy box so he could see the medical instruments,
i.e., toy stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, plastic percussion
hammer, etc. and his visits are going better. I also "pretend" to
be the doctor, and then let him "pretend" to be the doctor. I
also advise the DVD "Elmo visits the doctor", which has a small
book along with the CD to teach children all about going to the
doctor, as Elmo plays the role of the "patient". All of the
products have helped lessnen his fear of going to the various
doctors he sees right now, having become upset shortly before the
age of 2 years.

I purchased this for a three-year old boy who wanted costumes. It was a huge hit! Some many costumes are poorly made. This is a quality made costume that will withstand hours of creative play and repeated washing. Sizing is true to size.

Our daughter wanted a doctor costume for Christmas. She is 7 and it was hard to find stuff that would be big enough to fit an older child. I was impressed with the coat and scrubs. The stethoscope that came with it, however, was very low quality. Overall, I would recommend this product to others.
